Our valued Coaches

Joe is the Managing Partner and Head Coach of FGCS. His background in golf, golf writing, and golf teaching spans over 30 years. Joe directs the day to day activities of the Fanshawe Golf Coaches School and is also a professor in the school. Joe handles the administration, accounting, and marketing duties as well as the teaching of coaches, kids, and adults.

Joe is a certified FGCS golf coach, a certified Fit Bodies Golf Coach, and a PGA Community Golf Coach.

He is also certified by the National Coaching Certification Program and is a fully certified US Kids Golf instructor and coach.

In addition, Joe is a certified PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance ), Double-Goal Coach.

Joe is involved in the teaching and arranging of all classes, camps, and clinics including the private lessons conducted by the Fanshawe Golf Coaches School.

Sue has been recognized on countless occasions as one of Canada’s leading non-profit leaders and fund-raisers for many years. Her dedication to assisting others less fortunate is extraordinary.

She is the founder and co-founder of many non-profit organizations, among them the London International Children’s Festival and Gus Macker Basketball.

Sue is also a professor at the Fanshawe Golf Coaches School and teaches our Customer Service section.
Sue is a fully certified FGCS golf coach specializing in the delivery of our curriculum to the younger children at our classes and camps.
In addition Sue is a fully certified U.S. Kids Golf coach and a PCA ( Positive Coaching Alliance) certified Double Goal coach. Responsibilities include Sue’s expert touch with organization, registrations, kids camps and group facilitation.

Brian is a retired elementary school teacher specializing in physical education for over 32 years. He is an experienced multi-sport coach and has served on the executive of many education related associations and committees.


Brian is also the General Manager of the London Golf Club, London’s only cyber golf club catering to over 30 public access golf clubs in Southwestern Ontario. He is also a professor with Fanshawe Golf Coaches School specializing in the teaching of children to aspiring golf coaches.

Brian in addition holds his Special Needs Specialist Certificate and directs the curriculum and teaching of our Special Needs classes and activities.

He is also a certified FGCS golf coach, a PGA trained Community Golf Coach and has his National Coaching Certification Program for Golf certification.
